Introducing Envirotech Water Solutions

April 27, 2026

We thought it’d be a great idea to use our newsletter to introduce the workforce to our subsidiary businesses, of which there are four. First cab off the rank is Envirotech Water Solutions (EWS).

Acquired in 2024, EWS is a specialist water and wastewater infrastructure contracting business who first crossed Mitchell Water’s path way back in 2006, when we engaged them on the Tungamah Pipeline Project to build the pump station. Since then, EWS has built all of Mitchell Water’s pump stations and storage tanks, making the decision to purchase the business to strengthen our water division an easy one.

With Daniel Black continuing with the business as Operations Manager, the Lake Fyans Pump Station was the first major contract awarded to EWS as a subsidiary, with outstanding feedback received by the client Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water.

As their works on the pump stations are almost finished on the initial East Grampians Rural Pipeline Project contract, EWS are busy with several projects scheduled this year, with a flagship contract for Royal Melbourne Golf Club set to begin next month.

EWS base themselves out of Head Office and the Bacchus Marsh depot, with their main fabrication workshop, led by Aaron Reyne, located in Mildura.

The business has experienced remarkable growth and achievement since its acquisition, which clearly reflects the dedication of the whole EWS team.
